How much does a chemical peel cost in Excelsior Springs?
Our Signature AFFAIRE Peel (SkinMedica® Illuminize Peel®) is $200 and our Deep Chemical Peel is $300.
Which peel is right for me?
The Signature Peel is our most popular peel for beginners: gentle, good for all skin types and no downtime. Deeper peels target stubborn pigment, texture and acne scarring.
Is there downtime?
Light peels have little to no downtime with mild peeling. Medium and deep peels can take a few weeks to fully heal.
How long does a peel take?
About 30 to 90 minutes, depending on the peel and the number of layers. You may feel a warming sensation.
Can a peel help acne?
Yes. We offer peels that treat acne and soften acne scarring. See our acne treatments.
What should I avoid after a peel?
Avoid the sun and active ingredients such as retinol and vitamin C until your skin has fully healed.

VI Peel is a medical-grade resurfacing peel that helps with acne, melasma, sun damage and fine lines. Your skin usually peels for several days afterward, so plan around events and stay out of the sun while you heal. At your consultation we'll tell you whether a VI Peel, our Signature AFFAIRE Peel or our Deep Chemical Peel is the best fit for your skin.
